With NFL Week 7 kicking off soon we preview our top AFC Super Bowl odds. The AFC has dominated the Super Bowl in recent years, winning five of the last six Lombardi trophies. The Kansas City Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions and will try to repeat this season, but they will face some tough completion from a loaded AFC.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have the best odds to win the Super Bowl at +600, but history hasn’t been kind to defending champions in the NFL, with the New England Patriots being the only team that has repeated as champions in the last 20 years. Even though they look like the best team in the NFL on paper, don’t be surprised if they fail to make the Super Bowl.

Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens had the best record in the league last season, but they made a quick exit in the playoffs, losing to the Tennessee Titans. They have the second-best odds to win the Super Bowl this season at +650, and will be difficult to beat if Lamar Jackson improves on his MVP season from last year and the defense does a better job against the run. Even though they are 0-2 against the Chiefs with Jackson as their starter, I won’t bet against them if they play the Chiefs in the playoffs.

The Bills have +2200 odds to win the Super Bowl, which is worse than that of the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts. However, they are likely going to finish ahead of the other two teams because they had the best defense in the league last season and got their young quarterback some good weapons to work with, which will make them a very dangerous team this season.
