Many sports critics would start referring to this as one of the most unlikely dynasties in modern sports with the franchise of Seattle not having any NFL championships before last season’s epic smack down of the Broncos in Super Bowl 48. The Seahawks seem to be a legit contender to win the Super Bowl and they have played well all throughout the season. If the two favorites from each conference meet in the Super Bowl, the big game would include the Seahawks and the Patriots.

Seattle plays extremely well at home and they will likely play all of the playoff games in front of their home crowd. The 12th man as it is called in Seattle is a very real difference maker as many teams report not being able to hear the visiting quarterback’s signals when the crowd is at a full roar. The Seattle team could go back to back this season and they would be the first team to do so since the New England Patriots. Head coach Pete Carroll, who also won a NCAA National Championship at USC, would add a second Super Bowl ring to his collection.
