The LA Rams are headed to the Super Bowl for the first time since they lost to the New England Patriots in the 2001 season, which coincidentally was the start of the Patriots’ dynasty. This time around, they will be hoping to put the final nail in New England’s dynasty and start one of their own.

Furthermore, the Rams needed a few lucky breaks to get to the Super Bowl. However, now that they have made it, they will focus on the task at hand. The task is to defeat the Patriots. Also, current sportsbooks have the LA Rams as +3 point underdogs.

While their appearance in Super Bowl 53 might have surprised some people, it didn’t surprise the Rams. Nor their fans. For the reason that it was the team’s plan during the offseason. Thus the reason why they went after so many high-profile players.

With the addition of players like Marcus Peters, Aqib Talib, Ndamukong Suh and Brandin Cooks, the Rams showed that they were not content with just making the playoffs and were planning to make it all the way to the Super Bowl.

The team looked the part early in the season thanks to their hot start. However, their 2-2 end to the regular season had some doubting they could advance to the Super Bowl.

Now that they have made it to the Super Bowl, do not expect the Rams to be intimidated by the Patriots and their history. The LA Rams are a tough team.

Head coach Sean McVay has done a great job getting the new players to buy into his system. Also, veterans like Talib, who won a Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos, and Cooks, who played in the Super Bowl with the Patriots last season. These vets will share their experience with their teammates. Also let them know what to expect in the biggest game of the year.

The Key for the Rams will be their running game, which is something the Patriots struggled with during the regular season. If the Rams run the ball successfully, it will open up a lot of big plays for the second-best offense in the league. What does this mean for the Pats?

Even though the Patriots are getting all the hype, the Ram can’t be counted out of this game. Currently the point spread is 3 points. Who’s going to win Super Bowl 2019?
