Coming off of the first Super Bowl win in franchise history, the Seattle Seahawks are once again expected to be among the top teams in the NFL. Led by quarterback Russell Wilson and running back Marshawn Lynch, the Seahawks have a balanced offense to go along with the league’s best defense. Any NFC team that wishes to dethrone the Seahawks and reach the Super Bowl in 2015 for themselves will certainly have their work cut out.

Not surprisingly, the Seahawks have been singled out as the favorite to repeat and win the 2015 Super Bowl. The Seattle Seahawks betting odds to win Super Bowl 2015 come in at around 4/1 currently. Among the other favorites includes last year’s runner up Denver Broncos, as well as the Cincinnati Bengals and the New England Patriots. While the Super Bowl in 2014 ended in a blowout, the Seahawks will have to still face plenty of challenging competition if they wish to hoist the trophy yet again.

As always, health will be a big factor in determining if the Seahawks are able to successfully repeat. One of the big stories of the 2014 Super Bowl was the number of injuries faced by the Denver Broncos by the end of the season. Seattle was relatively healthy – no doubt a big contributor to their victory. No team has successfully repeated as Super Bowl Champion since the New England Patriots won the 2004 and 2005 Super Bowls.
